The cognitive surplus discussion from Shirkey was thought provoking, as were the comments.
I've learned alot from this session, didn't know what a wiki was even though I've been to wikipedia many times. I enjoyed the book review. I saw quite a few business oriented wikis.
Possible applications: For each library, FAQ's for staff and public. Community events, places to go and see.
